Of course with so many factors involved I am hesitant to say that the Feingold diet is solely responsible.  However, I do feel like there is a direct connection. The only time we really went astray was at dinner.  I must say, we have only been doing the Feingold diet for a week and I can already see a difference. All A's and B's.  Whoo Hooo!!
